Every day, we face problems such as tension, stress and tiredness. However, following certain simple health measures can help improve the quality of our lives.
- Make sure that you get around 7 hours of sleep. Also, go to bed early. If you do not get adequate sleep, it can reflect during the day and make you less alert at work.
- Take up some form of exercise that you enjoy – whether it is working out at the gym, exercising at home or simply playing a sport that you like.
- Get a pet – just spending time with a pet everyday can bring down stress. And if you have a dog, taking it for a walk is a great way to exercise!
- Dehydration can be caused by stressful activity, heat or humidity and may result in weariness and lethargy. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day can help prevent dehydration.
